Eating products with high calorie level we supply our organism with substance that is not needed and organism can’t work it out, so that superfluous calories turn into fat.

After analyzing the calorie intake we can see whether it is enough for our organism or maybe calorie intake is too high and we must decrease the consumption of some products, which is very convenient and effective way to control your weight.

To the third group belong various vegetable extremely useful for our organism;

nevertheless it’s necessary to learn their calories characteristics:

  • Fresh potatoes – 80,
  • Green peas – 96,
  • Dry onion – 40,

Cereal products are probable the most high-calorie ones, the figures mentioned further prove it:

  • Pasta with eggs – 386,
  • Common pasta – 360,
  • Maize flour – 351,
  • Semolina – 358,
  • Wheat flour- 349,
  • Biscuit – 425,
  • Rice – 354,
  • Brown wheat bread – 242,
  • Rye bread – 256,
  • Intermediate wheat bread – 234 calories.

Calories in various foods are useful for our organism as they produce energy that is an essential part of our life. Nevertheless there are some products that contain so-called ‘negative calories’. Such products contain too much fat and our organism is not available to cope with it. Eating such products does not give any good results for our organism as to extract energy it must spend too much ‘positive calories’.

 

To the list of products with ‘negative calories’ got:

  • Soya oil – 930,
  • Butter – 721,
  • Cream – 297,
  • Margarine – 764,
  • Sunflower oil – 930
  • Pork fat – 927.

People who are going to decrease their weight should always remember the list of such products which are harmful for their figure. By the way, ‘negative calories’ are harmful not only for our weight, our figure but for our health in general as they have an influence on blood pressure, circulation. Well, such products are harmful for us, nevertheless if you have decided to accept them from your ration at all you should better consult a doctor and ask for advice – dietitians will always help to decide what will be useful for you and what not.

As it was mentioned earlier, a food calories list is very profitable for keeping our body in good state. It helps not only to avoid or stop taking on weight but also to save the proportions of your body in the state you like and of course to decrease your weight. List of calories is also useful for our health in general, it helps to control the work of our heart, normalize blood circulation, keep you fit, strong and full of energy. With such a list we may supply our organism with needed energy without taking negative calories. Good nutrition of our organism is guarantee of our good health, good mood, energy and activeness.

Such list helps to decide which products are useful for us, we can see that protein, some fats, carbohydrates, and vitamins are required for our organism and the list of calories shows which products contain useful substances.

I suffer from overweight, bloating, lots of pain and IBS yet I still eat loads of brown beans,eggs and soya.
Please help me with this dilemma.
