This program is planned for the period over nine years. The aim of the program is to examine the state of health of obese people in the course of time as they start to keep to a diet, follow it and further during several years.This experiment showed that after losing 100 pounds such people decreased the risk for their hearts, strengthened their health and at an average lost about 66 pounds. In general in this program took place 656 people. We know the results of 63 men and 55 women. At the beginning of the program men weighed about 383 pounds, women weighed about 317 pounds.
